Refund policy
We always hope that you love your items from My Happy Styled Boutique, but if for some reason you didn't, you can always return your regular priced items for a refund (minus shipping) to your original payment or store credit. Holiday items and Anything purchased on our Clearance pages are final sale.
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

-Option 1: Receive a refund to your original payment method for your order, minus the shipping cost.
-Option 2: Receive a store credit for your order, minus the shipping cost. Store Credit will be issued to you in an email.
-Option 3: For an exchange, we will give you a store credit to use for the exchange. Once the store credit is added to your account you may reorder the correct size/item needed.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping cost.
- We cannot guarantee stock if you would like to exchange an item.
- We do not accept any altered goods.
- All returns must be in new condition with tags still attached, and no stains of deodorant, or of any kind, no smells of smoke/perfume or of any kind, and no animal hair, in order to receive refund or store credit equal to the amount of the returned item(s) (Shipping not included).
- PLEASE carefully inspect a product upon arrival to assure that it's what you ordered and has no defects. If you think that you've received a defective item, incorrect items, or if you are missing items, please contact our customer service team within 7 business days of day of arrival.
- Regular priced items purchased during a promotional sale can be returned and will be credited/refunded for price paid only. Discounts and promotional coupon codes cannot be refunded.
- The customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee, if you are doing an exchange.
- The return process may take up to 12 business days once received at our location.
